NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19
Due to the recent concern regarding COVID-19, Pittsley Realty is taking the situation with utmost importance. We are implementing preventative measures to help protect our staff and tenants. Starting on Monday March 16th, 2020 the Pittsley Realty office will be closed to the public but will be available via phone and email.
What does this mean for me?
Office hours will be Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and will be available for the following:
– Consults and questions via phone or email;
– Virtual showings;
– Lease signings via web;
– Rental payments via phone, online, or placed in the drop-box on the front of the building (all rent drop-offs will be supplied a receipt via email or postal mail based upon tenant preference).
All current tenants now have a tenant portal through the Appfolio website that can be utilized to access ledgers, make payments, and request maintenance orders. To set up your tenant portal via Appfolio, an email address will need to be on file. Please check your e-mail to activate your portal. If you have not yet received an e-mail, please give our office a call or e-mail.
Emergency maintenance will continue to be completed as issues arise. All other non-essential maintenance will be temporarily suspended, and we appreciate your understanding to this matter. Non-essential maintenance will include items such as closet doors off track, blinds, lightbulbs, etc. Emergency maintenance can be classified as items such as water leaks, security concerns (i.e., locks on front door), and items that impact essential living inside of your unit. If you are unsure what constitutes a maintenance order as emergency or non-essential, as always, please contact our office.
